At Sanrio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
